How to Order

Before you call please fill out an order form and have your credit card available. We accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover only. COD orders are not accepted.

Telephone orders are taken Monday through Friday 8AM until 4PM CDST.

Ordering by Fax:
Orders placed by fax can only be accepted with payment by credit card with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Please fill out the order form, including your credit card information and sign the form as it appears on your credit card and fax the order to 812-547-6977.

Ordering by Mail:
Mail orders can be placed with personal check, money order or credit card with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Please fill out the order form, including your credit card information and sign the form as it appears on your credit card and mail the order to:

Shipping Details

Many of our products are in stock and available for shipment when you place your order. If the item is not currently available we will provide the approximate shipping date when you place your order. Items ordered together may be delivered separately.

Your order will be delivered via Fed-Ex Ground or Fed-Ex Home Delivery to all normal service areas in the lower 48 States in the U.S. Extra shipping charges will apply to shipments made to areas outside the normal service area, and to international addresses. Other carriers may complete shipping outside the normal service area, and to international addresses. Please contact us if you need shipping cost for deliveries outside the normal service area and we will be happy to provide the additional charge.

For orders delivered to an international address, the recipient of the package will pay all applicable taxes, and duty charges.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and accept returns of product for credit within 15 days from the date of shipment. A Return Authorization is required before you can return your purchase, and may be obtained by calling 1-800-214-6077.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned in its original carton with the inner pack as it was received. If the condition of the returned item and packaging is not complete, and the returned item is not in it’s original delivered condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee.

All returns must have a Return Authorization from us before they can be accepted. You may request a return authorization by telephone, fax or via e-mail. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will be refused. We cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments under any circumstances.

Return instructions are provided on the packing slip included with your order. Please follow those instructions to make your return. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will be refused.

The cost to insure and ship the item to us will be your expense. Please contract us to arrange return pick up service via Fed-Ex Ground or Fed-ex Home Delivery to avoid additional restocking fees. Return instructions can be found on the packing slip included with your order.
